The CESC Foundation exists to close the gap between what industry needs and what communities have access to.
We are builders, operators, and engineers who have spent decades inside enterprise systems, Cloud, MFG, 911, ERP platforms, retail logistics, health-care infrastructure, and public-sector technology. We understand how large systems actually work, where they break, and who gets left behind when access disappears.
From Enterprise to Community
The same people who built and maintained large-scale systems are now applying that knowledge locally, where it matters most.
We take retired enterprise equipment—firewalls, desktops, monitors, and network gear—and redeploy it as real learning infrastructure in underserved and rural communities through our CI/CD Hardware Pipeline.
